I know what it is like to feel like you are just SURVIVING instead of THRIVING. To overcome this cycle of exhaustion and overwhelm, I’ve learned that you have to address STRESS and REST BEFORE anything else will really work. Patterns of stress and exhaustion will sabotage your progress in all other areas of your health.
I guide you to do just this. It’s a combination of evidence-based stress reduction interventions, mindset, nutrition, habit change science, expert support and heart. And together, we pull it all together and create life-changing momentum.

I am a mom of four, Registered Nurse, and a business owner. I know what it’s like to want to provide the best for everyone in your life, including yourself. I ALSO know how hard it is to find time and energy to take care of yourself in the midst of it all.
Wellness is more personalized and complex than a yearly check-up. I would go to my doctor and get some suggestions, usually in the form of a pill. However, nutrition and lifestyle changes, (when I actually had the energy to implement them), gave me the most relief from my symptoms. Medication is a tool, but I learned it doesn’t work on its own.

I know what it’s like to experience physical symptoms from chronic illness and stress like depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, hormone imbalance and pain.

I had been living in a constant state of stress for most of my adult life. My body had been stuck in the fight or flight mode for YEARS. And I didn’t really even know it. Feeling stressed and overwhelmed was the norm for me.
I was someone who is very successful and good at accomplishing things. For so many years, I had conditioned myself to believe that “motivation” of stress was necessary to achieve and maintain my success in life. Wearing the badge of “busy” like an honor. Unfortunately, that constant stress (even low levels) was triggering my health symptoms, contributing to chronic inflammatory conditions and making everything worse.
I felt lost for a long time as I tried to find the support and resources to make the necessary changes. I needed help with nutrition, lifestyle AND stress. How do you tackle making changes to your habits when you hardly have the energy to function each day?
So to make health habits, reclaim my health and overcome the cycle of stress and burnout I needed to learn HOW TO REST first. I call this intentional integration of rest in my wellness plan as PRODUCTIVE REST.
Exceptional women, like YOU, are living in states of stress and exhaustion. And you don’t have to anymore.
This is WHY I love the work I do as a Certified Transformational Health and Life Coach. I provide women with the support to thoughtfully and sustainable climb out of the hole of exhaustion and overwhelm. We do this by addressing nutrition and lifestyle habits. But most importantly, we teach REST and restoration right along with it.
With this approach, our bodies start to learn a new way of interacting with the world. A way that is peaceful, calm, focused and actually much MORE productive because you aren’t scattered in 100 different directions. You start to spend your precious energy on the things that are important to YOU and you discover that your reserves of energy and vitality start to skyrocket.
