Your body responds to stress in a chemical and hormonal way. It’s not just all in your head! Stress is experienced in your BODY in a very real and measurable way.
The stress response activates specific chemical and hormonal messangers. You can’t think your way out of it. You can’t organize your way out of it. You can’t meal plan or budget your way out of it.
You need to do something different. You need to learn how to incorporate PRODUCTIVE REST into your daily routine.
